·· Peak season rates in effect April 1, 2008 - January 2, 2009 ·· Midweek rates are not applicable during a holiday week or the month of October! 2 night minimum - 3 night minimum holidays and October. 1 night stay permitted on availability with additional $30 charge. Each cottage accommodates 2 children less than 12 years of age at no additional charge. $10/night charge for each person over normal capacity. Rates do not include 12% tax(7% sales tax, 5% county hotel/motel tax) Pet fee is $25 per pet per stay (depending on size). | |
